LAI Yu Lin Felicia

Ms Felicia Lai is a legal counsel at KKR covering all of KKR’s businesses in Asia Pacific. She has oversight of all of KKR’s private equity, infrastructure, real estate and growth investments in Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Southeast Asia, as well as the firm’s capital markets, consulting and fund-raising efforts in these countries. 

Prior to joining KKR in 2016, Felicia was in private practice for more than 10 years with the Singapore law firm Rajah & Tann, the UK law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the US law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Her expertise is in corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. 

Felicia graduated from the National University of Singapore with Upper Class Honors. She has an interest in business and diversity issues, and is a member of The Women’s Foundation (Hong Kong).
