The following sets out the Terms and Conditions under which Membership is offered and under which you may use the website of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong) (“we”, “us” or “The Chamber”).  For any enquiries please contact scc@scchk.com.hk

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  The Chamber reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, as its sole discretion, with the revised terms and conditions taking effect as of the date of its posting.  The continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The contents of this website, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music, sound, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material are protected by copyright laws internationally.  This includes both content owned by The Chamber and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to the Chamber.

Material displayed on the site may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or republished without the prior written permission of The Chamber.

Any person found to abuse or misuse this website is liable to be pursued for any damage caused, including any damage caused to the intellectual property rights or reputation of The Chamber.  The Chamber will enforce its rights to the full extent permitted by the law.

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

The Chamber aims to provide a safe and professional environment for members and non-members to enjoy.

We do not tolerate discrimination, disrespectful or threatening behaviour of any type between or towards any individual or organisation engaged with The Chamber.

Should any individual or company feel that they have experienced adverse behaviour towards them, they are requested to contact a senior member of staff at The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong.

Upon Joining the Chamber, any individual or company must agree to and respect the Membership Code and Conduct.

Should any complaint made against an individual member or member company or organisation be upheld, we reserve the right to cancel membership without any recompense.

PRIVACY AND CONDUCT

Our Privacy Policy is available on our website.

In being a member of The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, you agree:

  1. Not to share personal information to any third party without prior consent of that individual.
  2. Not to spam in a manner that may deemed inappropriate.
  3. Should you wish to share information that you may feel is relevant to all or certain members, please liaise with The Chamber in the first stance to discuss an appropriate approach.
