LIM Shyang Guey (SG)

Lim Shyang Guey (SG) is currently an Executive Director of ZONE Group companies of Hillington Group Limited.  SG has over 30 years of experience in managing telecommunication/technology companies and overseeing investments in various jurisdictions, including the United States, Russia, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. He also has extensive experience in handling corporate transaction matters, including Listing Rules compliance, fundraising, M&A activities, strategic alliances, corporate restructuring and investor relations.

SG holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
